Pelajar akan menggunakan alat-alat(tools) yang boleh digunakan untuk mengorganisasi, mencapai, menyimpan dan menyebar maklumat dalam web. Perisian yang akan digunakan adalah Dreamweaver MX, untuk membina fail HTML yang dinamik; dan JavaScript untuk membina interaktiviti dalam halam web. Penggunaan Java applets, Flash dan Shockwave juga akan diterokai. Teknologi pelayan–pelanggan juga diperkenalkan dengan menggunakan Active Server Page. Aspek-aspek lain yang akan ditekankan ialah isu asas dalam reka bentuk laman web interaktif; prinsip dalam reka bentuk; reka bentuk dokumen dan penyelitan grafik; penyusunan teks; pemilihan antara muka dan hubungan dengan dokumen lain. Pada akhir kursus pelajar akan dapat menguji halaman yang telah dibina.</div>

This course offers students the basic of web programming. Students will learn the concept of designing and creating web page by using HTML (hyper text markup language) and other markup such as XML, XHTML and CSS. Students will use Macromedia Dreamweaver as the tool to organize, access and disseminate information in web. These tools will be used in the web development process to create dynamic HTML and Javascript. Students will also be introduced to explore Java applets, Flash, Shockwave and how to handle the client server site. Issues in the principles of web page, interactive web design, document design, graphic, text acquired, interface and link between the document will also be stressed. At the end of the course, students will be required to complete a project on web development which involves the application of the technique and knowledge acquired in this course.</blockquote>

The course will be covering on algorithms, introduction to data structure, searching and sorting techniques.
